This Privacy Policy applies to Friends of Bobby Henry (“we,” “us,” or “our”), the campaign committee supporting Bobby Henry's candidacy for the Maryland House of Delegates, District 24, and to our website at bobbyhenry.com. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the information you share with us.

We only collect information you choose to give us. Depending on how you interact with the campaign, this may include:

  • Your name, email address, mailing address, and ZIP code when you contact us, volunteer, or sign up for updates.
  • Your mobile phone number when you opt in to receive text messages or calls.
  • Basic, non-identifying information your browser sends automatically when you visit our website (such as general location and the pages you view).

Donations are processed by ActBlue on its own secure platform. When you donate, your payment information is handled by ActBlue under its own privacy policy, not ours. Maryland campaign-finance law requires us to collect and report certain donor information for contributions above the legal threshold.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Send you campaign news, event invitations, volunteer opportunities, get-out-the-vote reminders, and fundraising requests.
  • Respond to your questions and messages.
  • Organize volunteer and campaign activities.
  • Comply with applicable election and campaign-finance laws.

Mobile Messaging & SMS

If you opt in to our text messaging program, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages and calls from Friends of Bobby Henry at the number you provide. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to unsubscribe at any time.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
